CBD drinks work just like the CBD edibles. These drinks may take an hour or two to digest, but when they do, your entire body will enjoy the powerful medical benefits thanks to the effects of CBD.

While you can sometimes buy CBD drinks, it’s easy to make your own, and you can do it in all kinds of ways. In fact, you just need to add some Tincture or CBD Oil to a drink to infuse it with the medicinal benefits of cannabidiol.

Caffeine-Free CBD Drinks Recipes

1. Blueberry CBD Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of cranberry juice
  • One tablespoon of sugar/sweetener
  • 15mg of CBD oil or isolate

  • This smoothie is quite easy to make. Simply put all the ingredients into a juicer and blend until it has a smooth consistency. The yogurt will make it creamy and thick, as well as add a healthy dose of protein. However, you can substitute it for milk if you want a lighter smoothie.
  • You can also experiment by adding ice, spices, and CBD if you want. Don’t hesitate to add a little extra tincture or oil to the mixture if you want a higher dose of CBD. The antioxidant properties of blueberries complement CBD perfectly, making it a super smoothie that does wonders for your overall health.

2. Apple Coconut CBD Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of fresh apple juice
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • Half a banana
  • One teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 15mg of CBD oil or isolate

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor and start blending. Don’t forget to add some ice cubes if you want some crushed ice in your smoothie. It should give you one serving of only around 150 calories. It’s full of health benefits and goes down as a treat.

3. CBD Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • Four squares of dark chocolate
  • One teaspoon of sugar
  • One teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 15mg of CBD oil or isolate

  • There are number of ways to do this. You can add the chocolate and milk to a pan and let the chocolate melt to mix it in. Alternatively, add the chocolate and milk to a mug, then put it in the microwave, then mix. Add sugar and vanilla extract, along with the CBD for a delicious and therapeutic hot chocolate drink.
  • You can also add some cream or use almond milk or coconut milk for great taste. You can also add more CBD. Using a high dosage is perfect for relaxing and sedating your body and counteracting insomnia.
