A simple recipe for healthy split pea soup:
- To make this soup, you will need split peas, olive oil, onion, celery, carrots, garlic, potatoes, chicken broth, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
- In a large pot, take 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat it. Take 2 ribs of celery, 1 small onion, and 2 medium-sized peeled carrots and dice them.
