5 Kratom Smoothie Recipes You Can Make at Home

But don’t worry. There are ways to make it work. In this post, we mention some delicious kratom smoothie recipes that you can prepare right at home. These recipes are the perfect way to mask that bitterness of kratom so you can enjoy it as a delicious drink, all the while reaping its benefits.

Note – You will need to add your personalized kratom dosage (the kind you can tolerate easily).

Kratom Smoothie Recipes

Recipe #1 Pineapple and Cucumber Smoothie with Kratom

What you will need

  • Kratom dosage
  • Half ginger
  • Half cumber
  • Two slices of pineapple
  • Half a cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup ice and water

Preparation Method

Cut the cucumber, pineapple slices, and celery stalks up into tiny pieces. Grab all the ingredients and blend them up to form a puree. Keep blending until it reaches a creamy drink-like consistency.

This smoothie is refreshing and carry cleansing properties. That’s why it is perfect for after heavy feasting (usually after Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner) as people suffer from fluid retention once the holiday season is over.

Recipe #2 Kratom Orange Smoothie Recipe

What you will need

  • Kratom dosage
  • 6 oz chilled concentrate orange juice
  • One tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6 oz milk and water each (preferably chilled)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup of sugar

Preparation Method

Measure your kratom dosage. Gather all the ingredients and put them all into a blender. Pulse it several times until the ingredients start turning over. Wait till it has reached a nice slushy-like consistency.

To this mix, add kratom and pulse/blend it once again.

Taste it and make adjustments as per your liking. If you want, you can add sugar or stevia to mask the bitterness of kratom further and make this recipe all the more enjoyable.

Note – This slushy is perfect for people with a strong sweet tooth.

Recipe #3 Kratom & Raspberry Smoothie

What you will need

  • Powdered kratom dose
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries and milk each
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extra
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Half a cup of yogurt (flavored one will also do)

Preparation Method

First off, wash all the strawberries. You might want to do this ahead of time, that way you will have plenty of time to chill them. Chilled strawberries work better for this recipe.

Collect all the ingredients and blend them up. Keep pulsing the blender till you have a slushy. Adjust the recipe as per you taste it. For improved flavor, feel free to add yogurt and more sugar.

Sweet and flavorful additions can completely mask the flavor of kratom. In fact, this recipe is so good; you won’t even realize that you are drinking an herb like kratom.

Tip – Lactose intolerant individuals can skip on the milk and replace it with juice.

Recipe #4 Kratom and Coffee Smoothie (Protein breakfast recipe)

This recipe is for you if you like consuming kratom first thing in the morning on an empty stomach even before your cup of Joe. Remember that coffee tends to potentiate the effects of kratom, so you might want to adjust the kratom dose accordingly; particularly if you are consuming a potent kratom strain.

What you will need

  • Your kratom dose (adjusted according to coffee intake)
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbs chocolate powder and peanut butter each

Preparation Method

Combine all the ingredients and blend them up. Add two ice cubes to this if you want to. Mix this up until it is a smooth consistency. Pout this mixture into a glass. You are free to add chia seeds to this preparation if your heart desires.

Switch to nut butter or other kinds of butter if you are allergic to peanut butter or don’t like the taste of it. Cashew and almond butter are excellent alternatives to peanut butter.

Recipe #5 Green Smoothie

What you will need

  • Kratom dosage
  • Kale or baby spinach (2 cups)
  • 1 cup mango and pineapple each
  • Half lemon
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • Ginger (optional)
  • 2 ripe bananas (preferably frozen and sliced)

Preparation Method

Put water/juice and spinach into the blender and mix it up to get smooth liquid-like consistency. To this mix, add kratom and blend some more until all the ingredients are nicely mixed.
