Things you will need:
- Cleansing soap
- Warm water
- Soft cloths
- Cotton balls
- Apple cider vinegar
- Waterproof medical tape (completely optional)
Recommended Directions:
- Clean the skin tag gently with a soft cloth, soaked in warm water, to make sure there is no dirt or sweat. Dirt residue might lead to ineffective treatment by making a barrier against the vinegar. After cleansing dry the area with another soft cloth. It’s better to make this step a part of your daily routine.
- Soak a cotton ball into the apple cider vinegar. Squeeze the excess liquid out and place the cotton ball on the skin tag. Tap the cotton ball on the skin tag to saturate the area. Leave it on the area for 15 minutes. If the cotton ball is removed too quickly, then it will not be sufficient. You can also use waterproof medical tape to secure the cotton ball on the skin tag.
- After removing the cotton ball, clean the area again with warm water and soap. Washing makes sure that the strong vinegar odor is eliminated.
- Repeat it 3 times a day. For making things easier do this when you wake up, then around lunchtime and again before you go to bed.
