Difference between Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Cider

Apple cider and apple cider vinegar are not the same. So you cannot use them interchangeably.

Apple cider vinegar is made from apple cider that has been fermented by yeast and bacteria, which turns the sugars into alcohol. Then there is a second fermentation process in which the fermented alcohol is converted into acid.

Apple cider is made from fresh apples. It is similar to apple juice, but the filtration process is different. It is processed differently from apple juice.

Apple cider tastes good, but it does not have the same beneficial properties like apple cider vinegar.

People have used vinegar as a natural remedy for thousands of years. It has acidic properties making it perfect to use for infection, sterilize wounds, and preserve food.

A natural alternative is always better than spending money on a cosmetic operation. You can get rid of skin tags with natural, safe products like apple cider vinegar. Not to mention it is affordable. With vinegar, you can also treat your hair, dry scalp, and toenail fungus.

Things you will need:

  • Cleansing soap

  • Cotton balls
  • Apple cider vinegar

Recommended Directions:

  1. Clean the skin tag gently with a soft cloth, soaked in warm water, to make sure there is no dirt or sweat. Dirt residue might lead to ineffective treatment by making a barrier against the vinegar. After cleansing dry the area with another soft cloth. It’s better to make this step a part of your daily routine.
  2. Soak a cotton ball into the apple cider vinegar. Squeeze the excess liquid out and place the cotton ball on the skin tag. Tap the cotton ball on the skin tag to saturate the area. Leave it on the area for 15 minutes. If the cotton ball is removed too quickly, then it will not be sufficient. You can also use waterproof medical tape to secure the cotton ball on the skin tag.
  3. After removing the cotton ball, clean the area again with warm water and soap. Washing makes sure that the strong vinegar odor is eliminated.
  4. Repeat it 3 times a day. For making things easier do this when you wake up, then around lunchtime and again before you go to bed.

Continue repeating all the steps for one week or until the skin tag completely dries up and goes away. Each body responds differently to each remedy. It is okay if the skin tag takes longer to fall off. Do not be discouraged, with the consistent application you will get the desired results.
